Several tables that can accommodate various group sizes. I ordered #15, Com Tam Heu Nuong, Bi Cha. It was delish, and everything tasted fresh. The flavors were well balanced; not overly salty, greasy, or seasoned. The prices were pretty reasonable, although $3.25 for a soda seemed like a lot. However, I got it anyway and made sure to enjoy a refill. To go, I got the Pandang Coconut Flavor cake. It was tasty, light, and fluffy. An overall good experience, and I'd go back.

For someone who has lived in Brooklyn Park my whole life, I am so glad they opened this place! MT noodles is the place for Vietnamese lovers. This place has always satisfied my cravings. There are many options to choose from the menu from food to drinks. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating ensuring you are enjoying for food. And with ample parking you never have to stress! If you are looking for a good classic eggroll this is the place. It is so crispy and big. Full of flavor from pork, vermicelli, herbs and spices with fish sauce on the side. The Nem Nuong Grilled Pork Sausage is the besttt. You can either make it into a spring roll and each the noodles and nem together. The portion is huge that it can last me days to finish it. For those who want to try authentic Vietnamese food, MT noodle is a must visit place!

Yummy Vietnamese food with big portions! I ordered the meat plate which came with rice, veggies, egg and side of shredded meat I believe. It was super good! I could barely finish it because the portions were huge! We also got egg rolls on the side and they were GIGANTIC. :D My friend ordered the pho and it was super yummy. The broth was very flavorful! The lychee drink was super bomb! The viet coffee is super super strong, a bit too bitter in my option but not bad if you like nice strong coffee. :) The service was great. Very nice servers! The place itself was super spacious.

It's been a while since I last visited MT noodles, the last time I was here might have been in 2019, so a lot has changed. They've renovated their whole restaurant, making it look like a modern cafe. I had nem nuong spring rolls years ago, which I was obsessed with and could actually eat because I am allergic to shrimp so I cannot get normal spring rolls. Unfortunately, with the new menu and restaurant change, they no longer had that item on the menu. We decided to do takeout this time and ordered two pork banh mi and the banh dac biet. The Banh Mi was a very good price at $9 a piece but the bread itself was a little too dry. The grilled pork was the same grilled pork in the banh dac biet and I really liked the charred flavor. I would recommend getting the banh dac biet here, not so much the banh mi. Service was on time when we picked up our order.

I live in Minneapolis and it was kind of questionable for us to trek 12 miles to the northern burbs to eat Vietnamese food given the wide options closer by. Overall, had a good experience. The catfish was a stand out, so was the bun dish with pork and eggrolls. The pork had a great grilled flavor to it and was not grisly like at some other places. The catfish was really flavorful and something we would get again. Shrimp fried rice was underwhelming and lacked flavor. The hot and spicy chicken was good but a little over powering...so good but only in metered amounts. Kind of applies to the catfish as well. It gets busy here during the weekend and you may have to wait in line to get seated. Service can be slow and other tables were physically flagging people down to get their order taken. Ambience offers natural light and is cheerful given how new the place looks. Parking is easy in a strip mall in the burbs. If you like Asian cakes, they offered it in coconut and pandan but we didn't try it. Overall, a good option if you're close by.

Excellent Vietnamese food for the area...let alone Mpls area. We ordered Banh Knot(not usually available in a decent Vietnamese restaurant) as an appetizer to share with among friends... Just incredible, must try if you like shell fish - shrimp! My dinner platter: Com Tam(broken rice) Heo Noung(Grilled Pork chops)... It EXTREMELY hard to find Vietnamese restaurants serve broken rice these days... Let alone a really good grilled pork... I was totally engrossed into my dinner that I totally forgot what my date ordered... Now, if you don't mind I like to have a private moment with my platter... Will definitely come back!

We've been on a weekly kick lately of trying new restaurants. Today was a new Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered our typical Egg Rolls and Wantons that we like to compare between restaurants. The Egg Rolls were big and delicious with a light flavored dip that was perfectly fit. The Wantons were ok, but nothing exceptional. My son ordered meat over rice, which is a common theme for him. He loved the Bbq Pork over Rice dish. He said he'd definitely order it again. My wife ordered a signature noodle soup with pork, which arrived in a very large portion. It was delicious. I ordered the BBQ Pork Fried Rice. The dish was delicious, but I poured all the remaining egg roll sauce over the rice, giving it an even better taste. The portions were all quite large. I wasn't able to finish my meal, which is amazing. It tasted just as good that night for dinner. We will happily come back again.

This place has been on my list . Finally went here for takeout for a late lunch The staff was very friendly and confirmed what we had ordered was correct House eggrolls came in bite size pieces of 8 they were crispy fresh delicious everything I want in an eggroll! Next we shared a large Pho Tai with lean beef and this was some of the tastiest pho I've had in a while that's not too far from me! The broth was perfectly seasoned ,it came with all the usual accompaniments and was yummy perfect for a cold day Also got an order of their house fried rice which was very good as well, mixture of bbq pork, chicken and shrimp and had a nice smoky flavor Will def try this place again and eat at the restaurant next time

If you are around or passing through Brooklyn Park, then you should try out this gem. Pho tai - beef On a cold winter night, pho is a staple in any weather below 30°. It is comfort food at its greatest. I ordered the large beef pho, and it did not disappoint. It reminds me of pho on Eat St., in Minneapolis, which i consider the best pho in Minnesota. If you can't make a trip to Minneapolis, then give this place a shot. 4/5 Egg rolls. The large eggrolls are a little expensive, but they pack a punch. I love an eggroll that is large, chewy, and hearty inside. These eggrolls will definitely be ordered every time I show up at MT noodles! 5/5

@MT noodles for lunch- Broken Rice Platter #16 I'd say MT Noodles has one of the best broken rice platters in MN. Each individual protien on this dish suits so well as a whole. From the shredded pork's texture to the juicy bean curd shrimp wrap! You really can't go wrong with the variety that is on this If all of this is too much, there do have other options for you to choose and try out before slamming into this baby. Oh, and don't forget the house egg rolls! love the crunch it has and right amount of meat for minis
